Sydney Bloggers Breakfast with Jason Calacanis
As mentioned in my previous post, CeBIT Day 1, I met Jason Calacanis and Tyler Crowley at CeBIT and they invited me to their hotel for a bloggers breakfast.
It was incredible to be invited to the breakfast.
The breakfast was a very casual event where we just chilled, socialized, networked and learned about each other. Jason was also streaming live on his UStream. We took some great videos and I will post those up in separate posts.
Some of the people at the breakfast included:
- Jason Calacanis, www.mahalo.com, @JasonCalacanis
- Tyler Crowley, www.mahalo.com, @steepdecline
- Duncan Riley, www.inquisitr.com, @DuncanRiley
- Phil Morle, www.pollenizer.com, @philmorle
- Mick Liubinskas, www.pollenizer.com, , @liubinskas
- Callum Macdonald www.callum-macdonald.com, @chmac
- Mike Cannon-Brookes www.atlassian.com
- Richard Giles, http://scouta.com, @richardgiles
- Alan Jones, http://doingwords.com, @bigyahu
- And many more (sorry if I missed anyone)
I arrived nice and early, and spent most of the morning at the breakfast. It was a really great experience, with so much knowledge sharing and lots of fun.
As you can see, most people are very active on twitter. Remember to follow me too. @JoshAnstey
